It can be done! - DB Real Estate has let office space to two office occupiers who have just moved into their new offices at Admiral House, London Road, Camberley and a third occupier is set to join them.
Global D8 Ltd and Q-Nomy UK Ltd have taken two suites of offices on the third floor, providing 1,730 sq ft and 1,630 sq ft respectively.
Each office suite has been taken on a new sub-lease through to June 2012 when the existing head-lease on the whole building to Logica, expires.
